Ranger Construction's South Division has entered the last phase of site preparation for Vecenergy's new fuel terminal at Port Everglades in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. The final phase includes all paving work at the facility, which contains 11 petroleum storage tanks totaling 1.35 million barrels (56.7 million gallons) of bulk fuel capacity.
