Pierce/Port St. Lucie Service Plaza for a ceremony attended by state troopers, local media and State Representative Irv Slosberg (holding the wrench). The occasion marked a state contract for the installation of miles of median guardrail, making Turnpike travel safer through St. Lucie County.
