Numerous project quality awards and asphalt plant commendations were bestowed upon Ranger Construction Industries in the second half of 2014.
The Florida Transportation Builders Association honored Ranger with two Best In Construction Awards. Ranger received recognition for improvements made to US-1 (South Dixie Highway) in Miami-Dade County. Ranger also was honored for outstanding communications efforts during its Martin Luther King Blvd. improvement project in Palm Beach County.
The Associated General Contractors presented Ranger with two Build Florida Awards, for improvements to Okeechobee Blvd. in West Palm Beach, and for the construction of a new railcar ethanol off-loading facility for Motiva Enterprises in Port Everglades.
Ranger’s resurfacing work was voted a Gold Award winner, Asphalt category, in the 2014 Readers’ Choice Awards by readers of the Florida Community Association Journal.
For excellence in asphalt plant operations, the National Asphalt Pavement Association honored Ranger Construction, operating in multiple Florida locations, with multiple Diamond Achievement Commendations.
