Ranger Construction added to its long list of satisfied retail and school paving customers with two recent projects in the northeast section of its market area.

With its Debary plant supplying the hot-mix asphalt, Ranger’s North Division provided cost-effective paving services for The Pavilion at Port Orange, a new 550,000-sq.-ft., open-air shopping destination located just off I-95 a few miles south of Daytona Beach, FL.

Ranger paved all parking areas, entranceways and turning lanes as a valued subcontractor to WestWind Contracting.

The Debary plant also supplied asphalt for a school paving project at Seminole Community College in Sanford, about halfway between Orlando and Daytona. Working with site developer Cathcart Contracting, Ranger applied its paving expertise for a 1,400-space parking lot and entrance road, working within a tight schedule due to class starting dates.
Both projects included the final touches, such as pavement markings.
