Thorough Investigation & Continuous Improvement
All incidents, accidents, and injuries are fully investigated to uncover root causes and help prevent future occurrences. Our Incident Review Records (IRRs) are completed collaboratively by the Safety Director and the employee’s supervisor. Each report includes:

  • A detailed account of the incident
  • Witness statements
  • Photographic documentation
  • Root cause analysis
  • Corrective action plans
  • Key lessons learned

These reports are reviewed by top management to ensure accountability and continuous safety improvements across the organization.

Clear Expectations & Accountability
Failure to follow safety protocols or wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) may result in disciplinary action, including:

  • Documented verbal or written warnings
  • Suspension
  • Termination for serious or repeated violations
